氨分解制氫裝置
一、 氨分解制氫原理；
東方牌AZQ系列氨分解制氫裝置是一種簡便、價廉地獲取氫氮混合氣的制氫方式。它以液氨為原料，在催化劑作用下，加熱分解得到含氫75%，含氮25%的混合氣體，每公斤液氨可以產2.6m3混合氣，比水電解制氫裝置投資小，成本低，結構簡單，操作方便。
本裝置配用我公司生產的FC型氣體純化裝置，可以進一步地提高混合氣的純度。純化後氣體 NH3<10PPm D.P <-60℃.
注:氨分解制氫設備後面配置,壓縮機,PSA變壓吸附制純氫設備,氫氣純度達99.999%.
二、氨分解制氫的關鍵技術及技術點：
1 氨分解催化劑，採用鎳基，提高氨分解率分解率可達到99.97%
2 氨分解爐膽設計合理,滿足在0.2Mpa壓力下正常工作。
3 分解爐膽分解床層分流結構，使氣流均勻分布，充分發揮催化劑的作用。
4 分解電爐電阻絲表面負荷功率為1w/cm2，提高了電阻絲的使用壽命。
5 電阻絲在爐膛內均勻分布,對分解爐膽熱輻射,熱傳遞均勻。
6 電阻絲分為三溫區控制，保證爐膛上下方向爐溫的均勻分布性。
