氨分解制氢装置
一、 氨分解制氢原理；
东方牌AZQ系列氨分解制氢装置是一种简便、价廉地获取氢氮混合气的制氢方式。它以液氨为原料，在催化剂作用下，加热分解得到含氢75%，含氮25%的混合气体，每公斤液氨可以产2.6m3混合气，比水电解制氢装置投资小，成本低，结构简单，操作方便。
本装置配用我公司生产的FC型气体纯化装置，可以进一步地提高混合气的纯度。纯化后气体 NH3<10PPm D.P <-60℃.
注:氨分解制氢设备后面配置,压缩机,PSA变压吸附制纯氢设备,氢气纯度达99.999%.
二、氨分解制氢的关键技术及技术点：
1 氨分解催化剂，采用镍基，提高氨分解率分解率可达到99.97%
2 氨分解炉胆设计合理,满足在0.2Mpa压力下正常工作。
3 分解炉胆分解床层分流结构，使气流均匀分布，充分发挥催化剂的作用。
4 分解电炉电阻丝表面负荷功率为1w/cm2，提高了电阻丝的使用寿命。
5 电阻丝在炉膛内均匀分布,对分解炉胆热辐射,热传递均匀。
6 电阻丝分为三温区控制，保证炉膛上下方向炉温的均匀分布性。
7 每一区都采用电力控制器，以保证三温区温度均匀性。
